How Have You Been Sleeping?

Would you believe that we have been bringing you Somniloquy with L&C for over a month? From blogs about different sleep products to blogs about how much sleep you need, and even blogs about what to do when you can’t sleep. When it comes to sleep, there is a plethora of information to uncover (pun intended).

No two people sleep exactly the same. Maybe they sleep in different positions, or maybe they use a different type of pillow. Maybe one can not sleep with an eye mask, while the other can not sleep without one. Whatever type of sleeper you are, you’ve probably seen a blog or two here that can help you navigate the mysteries of sleep.

How have you been enjoying the blog? Have you learned anything about sleep that you didn’t already know? Is there a sleep subject that we haven’t yet covered that you want to read more about?

At Lavender & Chamomile, we care about you and how well you sleep. So make sure to leave a comment and tell us what you think. After all, this is Somniloquy, and we are ready to sleep talk. (Don’t worry - when you post a comment, your email address won’t be posted)
