Pillow Policy

A request for a refund must be made within 101 days of receiving the product. After receiving your request, we will send you a return label. Once the pillow is received back at Lavender and Chamomile, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus an $11 Processing Fee for each item returned.

In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, our Lavender and Chamomile pillows are covered by a      1–year limited warranty! Please contact us if you experience any manufacturing problems. info@lavenderandchamomile.com

Bed Sheets

A request for a refund must be made within 101 days of receiving the product. After receiving your request, we will send you a return label. Once the Bedsheet product is received back at Lavender and Chamomile, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus an $11 Processing Fee for each item returned.

If, however, you receive a product with a manufacturer’s defect, we will do an even-exchange for an identical product. A request for an exchange of a defective product must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. The product exchanged must be the same size and the same color. In the event that the identical product is not available and you do not wish wait for a restock, we can exchange your purchase for a similar product.
